How wireless charging works, is by an electromagnetic induction:
A transmitter coil in the charging base, sends out a signal.
The signal searches for a receiver coil, like the one in your compatible smartphone.
As soon as it finds one, the electromagnetic induction (recharging) begins.
- For wireless charging it is advisable, to temporarily use no phone cover, because this could prevent stable charging.
- In case of bad wireless charging or no charging at all; please check if your phone's wireless charging pad, is parallel facing the charging area on the AC9010, or check if the phone cover is the culprit.
- The exact center of the coil is positioned at 43 mm, measured from the top ↓ towards the center (coil) of the “Automatic Smartphone Car Mount”.
- The mount is in height adjustable, for a better alignment of the charging coil for different sizes of smartphones.
This ensures optimal charging performance.
