Wireless chargers work, by creating a magnetic field that your phone, watch, or other device absorbs to gain energy.
When you place a device on a wireless charging pad, a small coil in the device receives and harvests energy from the magnetic field and uses it to power the rechargeable battery.
- For wireless charging it is advisable, to temporarily use no phone cover, because this could prevent stable charging.
- In case of bad wireless charging or no charging at all; please check if your phone's wireless charging pad, is parallel facing the charging pad area (circle) on the AC9010, or check if a phone cover is the culprit.
So, make sure that both charging pads are not misaligned, significantly.
