Which video resolutions are supported?

The following resolutions are supported by the ACT models AK4323, AK4325, AK4327, AK4330, and AK4335:

• 8K (7680 × 4320) @ 60 Hz
• 8K (7680 × 4320) @ 30 Hz
• 5K (5120 × 2880) @ 60 Hz
• 5K (5120 × 2880) @ 30 Hz
• 4K (3840 × 2160) @ 120–144 Hz
• 4K (3840 × 2160) @ 60 Hz
• 2K / 1080p @ up to 240 Hz

These resolutions provide high-quality video output, suitable for professional displays, gaming setups, and modern workstations.

Why am I not getting the maximum resolution or refresh rate?

To achieve the listed resolutions and refresh rates, it is essential that both connected devices support the same specifications. This includes:

• The host device (e.g., laptop, PC, or source device)
• The display device (monitor, TV, projector)

If either device does not support a specific resolution or refresh rate, the connection will automatically fall back to the highest common supported setting.
